As one of the world’s foremost authorities on the aloe vera plant, he’s launched several industry-related businesses, holds multiple successful patents, and is behind many of the most advanced aloe-infused products on the market today.

Shannon has been at the forefront of our research and operations since the beginning. With years of hands-on experience under his belt, he plays a vital role in the daily management of every Coats factory, from our smallest facility to our busy 144,000 sq ft plant.

Donlene’s background in regulatory and quality control is complimented by extensive product development experience in industries such as cosmetics, food, drugs, and medical devices. Her knowledge of Verification and Validation, Good Laboratory Practice, and Good Manufacturing Practice keep Coats Agri Aloe in compliance with governing body policies.
